Cancellation Policy

At Sculpted by Victoria, we’re committed to providing exceptional coaching and support to help you achieve real, lasting results. Because our programs are personalized and digital in nature, please review the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales for coaching programs, digital plans, and online services are final.
Due to the customized, time-based, and non-returnable nature of our offerings, no refunds will be provided once a program has been purchased, delivered, or begun.

Each program involves time, planning, and personal guidance tailored specifically to you — which cannot be reclaimed or repurposed once initiated.

2. Program Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your participation before your program begins, please contact sculptedbyvictoria28@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Cancellations requested before program materials or onboarding are delivered may be eligible for partial consideration at the sole discretion of Sculpted by Victoria.
Once program access or materials have been sent, no cancellations will be accepted.

3. Payment Plans

If you are enrolled in a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed in full.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of coaching access, removal from the program, and collection of the remaining balance owed.

By agreeing to a payment plan, you acknowledge full financial responsibility for the total program cost, regardless of whether you complete the program.

4. Rescheduling and Adjustments

If you need to pause or reschedule your coaching (due to travel, health, or personal reasons), please reach out to your coach directly.
We’ll make every effort to accommodate reasonable adjustments where possible — however, extensions or pauses are not guaranteed and will depend on program structure and availability.

5. Coach Cancellations

In the rare event that Sculpted by Victoria must cancel or postpone a program or session, you will be offered a reschedule option or program credit of equal value.

6. Client Commitment

By purchasing any Sculpted by Victoria program, you acknowledge that success depends on your effort, consistency, and communication.
Refunds or cancellations cannot be granted based on personal motivation, scheduling challenges, or perceived lack of progress.
