Welcome to Sculpted by Victoria. By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any of our programs, services, or online content, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these carefully before using our website or enrolling in a program.

1. General Information

Sculpted by Victoria (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides online fitness coaching, training plans, and related wellness guidance. By accessing our website or purchasing a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

All coaching, fitness plans, and nutrition guidance provided through Sculpted by Victoria are for educational and informational purposes only.
We are not medical professionals, and our services should not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your physician before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.

You acknowledge that participation in physical training involves inherent risks and agree that you are voluntarily engaging in these activities at your own risk.

3. Payment and Billing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments must be completed in full before access to your program begins unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
All sales are final — due to the digital and personalized nature of our programs, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once a program has been delivered or started.

If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as agreed at the time of purchase.

4. Program Access and Duration

Each program includes access to the services, materials, and coaching outlined at the time of purchase. Access duration will vary based on the program tier (Starter, Elevate, or Goddess) and will be clearly stated prior to payment.
Sharing program materials or login access with others is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own participation, consistency, and results. Your success depends on your commitment to follow the plan and maintain communication with your coach.
We reserve the right to remove access to any program if inappropriate or disrespectful behavior occurs toward the coach or within the client community.

6. Results Disclaimer

While Sculpted by Victoria provides proven systems and personalized guidance, individual results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific physical outcomes, as results depend on multiple personal factors including effort, consistency, and adherence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and digital resources provided through Sculpted by Victoria are owned by Victoria Ervin and are protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any program materials, videos, or guides without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sculpted by Victoria is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from participation in any fitness or nutrition program. By purchasing and participating, you release us from any and all liability arising from your involvement in our services.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during sign-up or program participation will be used only for coaching, communication, and payment purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms
